Delete your account

This page explains how users of SKOLRA JAMB CBT + WAEC Prep, from SKOLRA EDUTECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED, can delete their account.

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Open SKOLRA JAMB CBT + WAEC Prep and sign in.
2. Tap Profile at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. Your account is closed at once.

Option 2: Send a request

Use the email address on your account. We reply to that address to confirm.

If you signed up with Apple and hid your email, tell us the username shown in your Profile.

Or email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request".

What happens when you delete your account

Your account is closed at once. It can no longer be used to sign in, and we stop sending notifications to it.

Your details are not erased. They stay on our system, and what you posted or sent to other students stays where it is. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
