Terms of use

The agreement between you and SKOLRA EDUTECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED when you use the app or this website.

1. Who this is between

You and SKOLRA EDUTECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company registered in Nigeria and based in Ibadan, Oyo State ("Skolra", "we"). They cover the SKOLRA JAMB CBT + WAEC Prep app and the website skolra.ng. Creating an account means you accept these terms. If you are under eighteen, read them with a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

One person, one account, with an email you can open. If you add your name, use your real name.
Keep your sign-in to yourself: your password, or the Google or Apple account you use. Anything done on your account is treated as done by you.
Do not open a second account to get round a suspension or a referral rule.
You can delete your account in the app. That ends any activation on it.

3. Activation and payment

An activation opens the full app for one year, for one account. A key works once.
Do not sell or publish a key you were given with a class, a fee or a promotion.
Prices are the ones shown in the app, and they can change.
Pay only in the app. We will never ask for money to a personal account.
Nothing is delivered until the payment is confirmed. Refunds: see the refund policy, part of these terms.

4. What is not allowed

Exam malpractice: seeking or offering live papers or answers, or impersonation.
Pretending to be Skolra: promising results in our name, or claiming to be our staff or agent.
Sharing accounts or keys beyond what section 3 allows.
Abuse of other students: harassment, threats, sexual content, anything involving a child, spam.
Fake earnings: referring yourself, or creating accounts to trigger a payment.
Attacking the service: automated tools, scraping, or getting round our checks.

5. Our material, and yours

What we put in the app is ours or licensed to us, for your own study. Do not copy it out, record it, or use it to stock another app, site, group or book.

What you post stays yours; posting it lets us show it in the app. We can remove anything that breaks section 4.

6. The AI tutor

A study aid. It can be wrong and it does not mark your exam.

7. Earning programmes

Applications are approved at our discretion, and an approval can be ended.
You earn on a real activation or a real sale, not on a sign-up. One person you refer earns you one payment, in one programme.
Rates are those shown in the app, and each balance is paid to a bank account in your own name.
We can reverse a payment that came from fraud or from breaking section 4. Money you genuinely earned stays yours.
Course sellers must be eighteen or over, and what you upload must be yours. We keep a commission on each sale, shown when you apply.
A programme is not employment, and there is no salary.

8. What we do not promise

We do not promise a score, an admission or a pass. We provide practice material; the reading is yours.

9. Availability and suspension

A feature can change or be withdrawn. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where that is for malpractice, fraud or abuse, time left is not refunded.

10. Liability

Nothing here removes a right Nigerian law gives you. Beyond that, where something is our fault, we owe you at most what you paid us in the twelve months before. We are not liable for an exam result, or for money lost dealing with somebody outside the app.

11. Changes, law and contact

We can update these terms; the date at the top changes with them. Nigerian law governs them, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction. Write to us through the contact form before anybody goes to court.
