  • O'level: fifth credit may be any other Science subject, including Economics, Technical Drawing, Metalwork and Woodwork

Computer Engineering at UNILORIN

  • UTME subjects: each restates Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (same as the general rule)
  • O'level: five credits incl. English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any other relevant science subject in a SINGLE sitting

Computer Engineering at UNIMAID

  • UTME subjects: requires Mathematics, Physics and any of Chemistry or Biology or Agricultural Science

Computer Engineering at FUTA

  • UTME subjects: each restates Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (same as the general rule)
  • O'level: five credits at a maximum of two sittings: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any other Science subject; Further Mathematics and Technical Drawing credits are an advantage

Computer Engineering at OOU

  • UTME subjects: requires any three (3) of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science
  • O'level: accept any Science subject in lieu of Further Mathematics
